How to use Bloodmilla pantyliners:

Bloodmilla panty liners are designed for everyday use and are not suitable for use during your menstruation. Some models can also be worn in addition to a menstrual cup or as a pad for very light bleedings only. This is mentioned in the article description when possible.

The panty liners are worn with terry or velour side showing to the body and the linger end showing to the front. Then the wings are laid around the Slip and closed at the bottom with the snap button - Done!

1. Terry or velor side up
2. now fold in the wide edges each with up to 2/3

The Bloodmilla pantyliners can be washed and tumble dried in the dryer with your normal laundry and in the washing machine at 60 °.

Please wash them with similar colors to avoid discoloration . After drying in a tumble dryer you should drag it into shape and flatten it with your hands. Ironing increases wear comfort of your Bloodmilla.

It should not consist of plastics, as these often contain plasticizers or harmful substances ! The water needs to be changed daily in each case. If you like you can also give a dash of vinegar into the water, which prevents the formation of bacteria. After you period you give  the soaked pads all together in the laundry.


If you are traveling and have no possibility to wash your Bloodmilla just fold it and place it in a bag. Back at home you can put them into your glass and soak them.
